Early Life and Education

Muhammad Ali Jinnah was born on December 25, 1876, in Karachi, which was then part of British India. His early education took place in Karachi and Bombay (now Mumbai). At the age of 16, Jinnah went to London to study law, a move that would later shape his career. He qualified as a barrister from Lincoln’s Inn and returned to India, where he initially practiced law.
